At StarBot, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for star purchases.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: Stars not delivered due to bot malfunction
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental multiple payments for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Purchases made without account holder's consent
  • Service Unavailability: Extended bot downtime preventing star usage
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or pricing discrepancies

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Stars that have already been spent or redeemed
  • Change of mind after successful purchase and delivery
  • Server removal or ban from Discord server
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Gifts sent to other users

Refund Process and Timeline

Our refund process follows these steps:

  1. Submit Request: Contact our support team with transaction details
  2. Review Process: We investigate the request within 2-3 business days
  3. Decision: You'll receive notification of approval or denial
  4. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Completion: Funds returned to original payment method

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide the following information:

  • Discord username and user ID
  • Transaction ID or payment confirmation
  • Date and amount of purchase
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or evidence if applicable

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • When only a portion of purchased stars were affected by technical issues
  • For pro-rated refunds based on unused service time

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact our support team. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of purchased stars. We prefer to resolve issues directly with our customers.

Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through our Discord server and website. Continued use of StarBot after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
