By using StarBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

As a user of StarBot, you agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot's systems
• Not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Keep your account information secure and confidential

When purchasing stars through StarBot:

• All purchases are final unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Stars have no real-world monetary value
• Stars cannot be transferred between servers
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

StarBot service availability:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may be scheduled with advance notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to duplicate, exploit, or manipulate stars
• Using automated tools or bots to interact with StarBot
• Sharing account credentials or attempting account takeovers
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• Spamming commands or overloading the service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

StarBot and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions taken by server administrators using StarBot

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to StarBot for violations of these terms. Users may also discontinue use at any time by removing the bot from their servers.
